Make sure they are correct. You will be prompted to login to PayPal if you have a PayPal account, or to proceed with your credit card if you do not. 3. You will be redirected to the high-res, print-ready version of your purchased design once you have paid for the design. To download the image, simply right-click on the design, and save it to your computer. If you have any technical difficulties or questions, please contact us and include the name and ID number of your purchased tattoo. We shall email your design to you after verifying your purchase. Can I return a purchase if I'm not totally satisfied? You have up to 15 days to return your order in case that you are not satisfied with the product. We shall refund your money via Paypal to the email account you provide us once you have return to us the original order in perfect condition. Although it's rare that happens due to our strict quality controls, SHEGSY will pay the shipping costs in case of a return due to a defect in the purchased product. Can I get a refund on a tattoo design purchase? Due to the fact that Shegsy.com is selling artwork (which can easily be copied), there is no way that we could be guaranteed that the design purchased was not used after a sale and then returned. The wonderful thing about art is that each person will see different things an meanings behind a good piece of art. Why paying for a tattoo design? Paying 6 or 9 euros for a design you really like is nothing when we compare it to the total amount you'll spend to have it tattoed on your skin. Some people think that copying the idea for a design and taking it to the tattoo parlour will work out cheaper but the reality is much different. Nobody works for free so be sure that the tattoo parlour will possibly charge you (one way or another) for the time he spends drawing your design. Apart from that, the contribution you make when downloading a design go towards the maintenance of this site, so ensuring that we bring you amazing tattoo designs for years to come. How do I print my Design after I download it? Any decent color printer will work. For best quality use a laser printer. If you do not have a color printer you can transfer your images to a CD or a memory stick and take it to your nearest copy center. Can I change the color or size of a design? After you download your design and print it - Take it to your chosen tattoo artist. Discuss with him/her what you would like to change. Changing the colors and deleting or adding to certain aspects of the design should never be a problem. Most designs can be made larger or smaller. Some designs may not be able to be smaller due to the construction of the design. Your artist will be able to determine that when he/she sees it. You can always talk to another artist for a second opinion. Do you do comissioned works? The artist does comissioned works as long as 'the project' is an interesting one. Just drop him a line with your request and he'll make sure that your vision is turned into reality. What technique do you use for designing? The range of techniques used for designing tattoos varies from charcoal, watercolour, bitmap and vector oriented graphics programs, etc. Raul Ortiz in particular draws on paper and then treats the designs digitally.
